What is the refund/return/exchange policy?
At RedCustoms LLC, every pair is built by hand — designed, customized, and crafted exclusively for you. Because each order is made to order and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design. If you believe there’s been an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and order details.
Our team will promptly review your claim and work with you to find a fair resolution.

What Is The Production & Turnaround Time For Customs?
All RedCustoms LLC products are handcrafted and made-to-order with precision, creativity, and care. Each design is individually built from scratch — no mass production, no shortcuts.
Please allow up to 4 business weeks (excluding weekends and major holidays) for your order to be completed before shipping. Turnaround times may vary slightly depending on design complexity, order volume, and any additional custom features requested.
You’ll receive regular updates throughout the process and a tracking number once your order ships.

lost or stolen packages?
RedCustoms LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once a tracking number has been issued and the order is marked as shipped.
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and secure before completing your order. Once an item is in transit, delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, ETC.) using your provided tracking number. If your package appears delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the carrier immediately for assistance and investigation.

Each pair of RedCustoms sneakers is handcrafted with precision and sealed with a professional protective finish before leaving the studio. To keep your customs looking fresh and vibrant:
- Avoid harsh weather: Keep your shoes away from heavy rain, snow, or muddy conditions.
- Clean carefully: Use a soft, damp cloth or sneaker-safe cleaner for gentle touch-ups. Avoid soaking, bleach, or harsh chemicals.
- Let them air dry: If they get wet, allow them to air dry naturally - never use direct heat, hair dryers, or sunlight.
- Extra protection (optional): While your pair is already sealed, you can reapply a clear sneaker protectant spray every few months for added durability.
- Store smart: Keep your customs in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent cracking or fading.

Is Shipping included in the cost?
RedCustoms charges a flat $20 shipping fee for all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and other U.S. territories are determined by location and carrier rates at checkout.
Can i provide my own shoes for custom work?
Yes — you can absolutely provide your own shoes for customization.
If you already have a brand-new pair you’d like customized, simply send them in and we’ll transform them into a one-of-a-kind RedCustoms design.
Pricing When Supplying Your Own Shoes
When you provide your own pair, the customization price starts at:
• $170 (paint design only)
This base rate covers a fully hand-painted custom design created specifically for you.
Any additional custom features can be added for an extra charge and will be included in your final total.

You can elevate your design with any of the following custom features:
• Rope Laces — $90
Thick, premium laces that add a bold standout look and enhanced texture.
• Rhinestones / Gems — $100+
Hand-placed stones for sparkle, luxury, and full eye-catching detail.
• Heat Press Vinyl — $80
Clean, sharp vinyl graphics for logos, lettering, images, and crisp detailing.
• Embroidered Patches — $80
High-quality stitched patches that add dimension, color, and a premium feel.
• Splatter Paint — $70
Freestyle paint splatter for a creative, chaotic, and artistic finish.
• Fabrics / Mixed Materials — $80

How to Send Your Shoes In
Once you message to place your order, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship or drop off your pair.
Custom work begins only after your shoes arrive and full payment is received.

Shoes must be new or unworn to ensure the best results.
Please package your shoes securely when mailing them in.
